Contestants are to design a notebook cover (8.5” x 11”) based on given prompts. Choose one (1) of the following prompts as inspiration for your design:

  • Forever Noir’s mission is to develop a brighter future for our communities through the arts. What does the future of Chicago look like to you?

  • The use of frequency is an integral part of our mission. What does 'frequency' mean to you?

Rules

  • You must be between the ages of 14-19 to submit

  • 1 submission per artist

  • Artists are free to design with any medium they choose

  • Submissions open ___ and close ___

  • Each winner will have their art showcased on the site

  • Any profits not retained by 1st Place Winner will be designated to charity/communal organization/arts grant

1st Place

  • Design sold in our ‘Be Mindful Collection’ retaining 50-70% of profits

  • be Featured in our ‘Be Mindful’ marketing campaign

  • $500 Prize or $500 worth of art materials

2nd Place

$250 Prize or $250 worth of art materials

3rd Place

$100 Prize or $100 worth of art materials
